Health Audit Compliance works with each client to understand exactly what their needs are, subsequently providing options that will best fill those needs. Frequency of visit, functions undertaken within each visit as well as ongoing needs are all taken into consideration before a proposal is presented.
A dedicated team may see Analysts secured in 1, 2 or all metropolitan regions as well as regional analysts secured across multiple regional areas. Even though analysts are 100% dedicated to each client, it doesn’t mean that you incur costs for every hour of a week. HAC will work with each client to understand their needs before creating a bespoke solution based on each client’s coverage needs. With typically 22 – 25 value hours in a week, analysts are very much resourced around such key hours. This could see Analysts employed to work 15, 20 or 30 hours per week, with the client only incurring costs for the hours worked.
HAC Analysts will, based on predetermined call schedules, visits each site and complete the required audit. Each audit captured by our web based application will form the basis of a daily or weekly report to each client.
The cost of each health audit is estimated based on the time required to complete such audits.
The shared resource option is primarily engaged in metropolitan areas and key regional areas, however based on the extent of such a need further areas can be added.
